In regard to identifying information, we maintain such information in a format that offers commercially reasonable protection. See Security below. We also collect aggregate information, i.e general information about your browsing experience on the Website.
Except as disclosed in this statement, we do not sell or disclose information that identifies our guests personally or makes it possible for other parties to contact them directly without our member's consent. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not sell or disclose any email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers or other contact information of any clients. We may use, disclose, or otherwise dispose of your personal and non-personal information we collect in the following circumstances:
We may use information about you for our own internal statistical, design, operational purposes such as to estimate our audience size; measure aggregate traffic patterns; and understand demographic, customer interest, purchasing and other trends among our guests and customers.

All information collected through our Website is considered an intangible asset of the McCauley. As the owner of such asset, we may disclose or sell the contents of such asset of the company in the process of a sale of McCauley, including intangible assets, to a third party.
We collect aggregate information about you, mainly through Google Analytics, and your use of our Website whenever you visit us online. For instance, we may collect various forms of "click stream" information such as entry and exit points for our Website (i.e., referring URLs or domains), site traffic statistics, page views, impressions, and operating system and browser type. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web.

If we do correlate any Aggregate Information to you, such information will be treated like any other personal information under this statement.

Although we are not currently hiring, we may from time to time accept resumes. If you wish to apply to the McCauley for a job, we may collect your resume. Information provided by means of a resume will not be incorporated into any information we use for promotions, marketing, or other similar activities.
Although we strive to make our content appropriate for all ages, we request that children under the age of 18 not provide any information on our Website. Furthermore, we ask that all children under the age of the 18 have parental supervision while on the Internet.
If you have intentionally provided your contact information, we may, in fact, contact you from time to time to update you on any new or old services that we provide or for customer service related matters. We may also provide you with information on promotions and any notices we reasonably believe users should know.
