For your convenience, each McCauley Report is priced at an all-inclusive, flat fee rate. To find your rate, simply find the name of your transactional document(s)* in the pricing tables below. For example, a McCauley Report for an operating agreement with financial statements is $2,000.00 ($1,500.00 for the operating agreement and $500.00 for financial statements.)

What's included with each purchase?

For each McCauley Report you purchase, you receive (1) electronic copy of your completed McCauley Report in Adobe PDF file format and a (1) 30-minute consultation about your McCauley Report via telephone, videoconference or in-person (local residents only).

For a printed and spiral bound copy, there's an additional $25.00 for the printing and $10.00 for shipping and handling. 

Engagement Letter

Each time you hire McCauley, you'll receive an engagement letter that provides the terms under which the work will be provided. The engagement letter is useful for both you, as the client, and McCauley, as the service provider, because you'll know in advance what you're getting and how much it will cost.

 

Our engagement letter will include, at a minimum:

  • the scope of services (i.e., the specific work that will be performed),

  • a fixed fee amount, and

  • an estimated timeline.

Before signing, we'll discuss the engagement letter, and I'll answer any questions you may have.

Other Service Fees

McCauley legal services and management consulting services are also billed at flat fee rates. These rates may vary, however, from engagement to engagement. 

Generally, the fixed fee amount is based on an estimate of the amount of resources and man-hours required to complete the engagement. After you provide me with information about your project, I will develop a project schedule, which includes tasks and an estimated amount of time to complete those tasks. The amount of time for each task will then be multiplied by a billing rate based upon:

  • the local market rates for similar services,

  • the staff performing work, 

  • the length of business relationship with the client,

  • time constraints placed by the client,

  • the experience of the attorney performing the work, and

  • the novelty and difficulty of the work.

The dollar amount of each task will be summed to equal your final total fixed fee.
